Our origins...
The early years... the traditional butcher's shop
Richard Isaacs, founder and Managing Director, learned his butchery skills in a traditional butcher's shop in East Street in his hometown of Wimborne Minster, Dorset.
He had built up a sizeable wholesale service delivering delicatessen and provisions throughout the county.
Our business now employs over 30 dedicated colleagues, all of which are part of our close friends and family.
For the past 36 years we have continued to develop and grow into a successful business who manufactures and wholesales premium cooked meats. We constantly strive to deliver the best customer service and expand our product range to provide for our customers. Of course our bread and butter is still our Premium Cooked Hams using our best kept traditional recipes and techniques!
We also offer secondary processing of meat products such as slicing, dicing and shredding which is perfectly fit for wholesale or retail trade.
Our distribution network runs throughout the UK enabling us to deliver straight to your business!
